of the National Planning Group of the Central Government and the advice of the NITI Aayog. The railway board has approved the project and a letter was sent to the Northeast Railway in Gorakhpur on July 2nd. The railway has also requested 12,000 square meters of land from the Uttar Pradesh government for the construction of a new railway station near the CSJM University and other construction work, despite the government's prior commitment to providing the land free of charge. The tendering process for the project will begin in September and the construction of the elevated track will start with a budget of ₹995 crore. The new design for the elevated track involves a single railway line instead of a double line and a girder-supported track instead of a box-shaped viaduct. This will reduce the project's cost and will also include a new elevated station near the university and a loop line for stopping trains. The project will also eliminate the Rawatpur and Kalyanpur railway stations. The elevated track will be built on pillars with a box-shaped section at the beginning and end to facilitate smooth transitions. The project will take three years to complete.

Aayog ki advice ke baad project ki cost kam ki gayi hai. Railway board ne is project ko approve kiya hai aur 2 July ko Gorakhpur ke Northeast Railway ko ek letter bheja gaya. Railway ne CSJM University ke saamne ek new railway station banane ke liye aur doosre construction work ke liye Uttar Pradesh government se 12,000 square meter land maangi hai, halanki government ne pehle hi is land ko free mein dene ka promise kiya tha. September mein project ke liye tender process start hoga aur 995 crore rupees se elevated track ka construction start hoga. Elevated track ka new design double line ki jagah single line aur box-shaped viaduct ki jagah pillars pe girder rakh kar banaya jaayega. Isse project ki cost kam hogi aur university ke paas ek new elevated station aur train ko rokne ke liye loop line bhi hogi. Project mein Rawatpur aur Kalyanpur railway stations ko bhi remove kiya jaayega. Elevated track ko pillar pe banaya jaayega, starting aur end mein box-shaped section hoga, smooth transition ke liye. Project ko complete hone mein 3 saal lagेंगे.
