Central Railway will run 16 premium superfast special trains between Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai and Patna to clear the extra rush of passengers during summer holidays....

its still fine as this premium has sleeper coaches in it (unlike many other premiums)
but yeah, a normal one would have been better...
worst thing is, the demand on this route is so huge that even after being premium it will run with very good capacity (at least 80%) which will help justify further decisions to introduce more premiums here than a conventional sf special/normal special
