Leaving MAQ at 17 .00 and reaching Madgaon at 21.25 pm next to impossible, even TVC Raj couldn't do that.
It would be better if the train starts from VSG if not able to run upto Dadar. VSG-MAQ intercity is the best option

But I have experienced 22149 ERS Pune doing MAJN MAO in flat 4 hrs 20 mins to arrive 40 min BT at MAO but that was before 2 yrs and it was non stop..

Yeah when it comes to Goa VSG is always neglected there is a demand to start a train from Vasco to Mangalore.
Just run this ahead of 56640 and it'll get at least 75% occupancy overall. Now it gets 25-30% overall occupancy but alas, SR doesn't want to count in the unreserved class.
