ki bhi arrangement hai, jismein braking se milne wali energy ko wapas use kiya jaata hai. Kanpur Metro India mein pehla project hai jismein track aur electrification ka kaam saath-saath kiya gaya hai, jisse project ka time bahut kam hua hai. Ismein ek compact washing line bhi hai jo twin pier caps pe bani hai, jisse trains wash hone ke baad seedhe yard mein ja sakti hain. Chunni Ganj station ke liye land acquire karne mein kuchh dikkat aai thi, lekin phir bhi ye project Lucknow Metro se jaldi complete hua, jo pehle fastest completion ka record rakhta tha. Ye project November 2019 mein shuru hua tha, aur November 2021 mein iska pehla trial run complete hua. Iska aim hai ki ye project is saal ke end ya agle saal ke shuruat mein fully operational ho jaaye.

Meanwhile, in Kanpur, Ceigall India has started construction of the first pier cap for the 8.38 km long Line 2 of Kanpur Metro phase 1. The construction is part of Package KNPCC-12, near the Agriculture College Metro station. The project, costing ₹427.11 crore, is expected to be completed in 30 months. This package includes 2 elevated sections, connecting Double Pullia Ramp and Barra-8, with 4 elevated stations. Ceigall India began pier casting in June 2024 and started casting U-girders in July. Line 2 of Phase 1 is under construction, featuring 8 stations, with two firms handling the construction work.

Iske saath hi, Kanpur mein Ceigall India ne Kanpur Metro phase 1 ki 8.38 km lambi Line 2 ke liye pehla pier cap ka construction shuru kar diya hai. 68 ton weight ka yeh pier cap rakhte hi UP Metro Rail Corporation MD Sushil Kumar ne team ko congrats diya. Elevated section ki structure mein, piers (pillars) ke upar pier caps rakhe jaate hain. In pier caps ke upar hi U-girders and I-girders rakhe jaate hain.
