Pendurty(PDT) needs to be developed as Satellite Station & should be made Terminus Station for trains going towards BBS,HWH,R,ADI, JP,LTT,NDLS etc.
Advantages :
I)It is on the Anandapuram - Anakapalli State Highway is which is being now converted into 4/6 lane National Highway.
ii)This station has 7 Platforms and plenty of VACANT RAILWAY land available on either sides.

Pendurty Depot has informed that they will run the buses till the Railway Station on 1st platform side, the moment they hear the proposal that SF/Exp trains are given halt here.
IV)GVMC had informed that they would lay a new road on Platform # 7 side as and when the situation arises.
V)Travel is made easier for the passengers going from AKP/Sabbavaram/Chodavaram towards BBS & R and viceversa.
VI)It is easy for pilgrims to Simhachalam Temple from here rather than SCM, SCMN as APSRTC is ready to provide to HILL TOP service from door step of this Station
VII)It is easier to board or disembark from farther Eastern places like RK Beach, Sagar Nagar, Visalakshi Nagar, RK Beach, East Point Colony, Lawsons Bay etc.
VIII) Trains by-passing VSKP can be given a halt here rather than SCMN
IX)Auto & Taxi Unions have expressed their consent for Autos & Taxis round the clock.
