It is too late because of excess slow work. Only 341 m (very small rail tunnel) and it has taken approax three years. Still work is not completed, only God know when it will be operational.
It is a clear case of non seriousness of work and people are suffering. Work can be completed before deadlines but too much disappointment comes from slow construction work here in Jamalpur tunnel.
