इससे ज्यादा तो उत्कल एक्सप्रेस की कोच को LHB में बदलने की जरूरत हैं, क्योंकि उत्कल एक्सप्रेस के कोच की बहुत ही जर्जर हालत में है , दो दिन पहले ही कि बात है उत्कल एक्सप्रेस के 2ND AC क्लास की कोच में पूरा AC का पानी कोच के छत से गिर रहा था , जब 2ND AC क्लास की हालत इतनी गंभीर हैं तो स्लीपर कोच और जनरल कोच की बात ना ही करे। मैं ECOR से निवेदन करता हूँ कि आप जल्द से जल्द उत्कल एक्सप्रेस के कोच को बदले।
