Bhubaneswar: Two bogies of Santragachhi-Tirupati Express derailed on Sunday near Baudpur station in Bhadrak district. No casualties were reported, East Coast Railway (ECoR) sources said. Official sources said two bogies, parcel van and general coach from the rear, derailed between 8.15 pm and 8.25 pm. Several trains were held up and delayed due to the derailment. Read More Amrit Kumar Sahoo East Coast Railway (ECoR) sources said the relief repair train started from Bhadrak for restoration of the railway line. Officers will start inquiries into the matter to know the reason behind the derailment, it added. ECoR chief public relations officer (CPRO) JP Mishra said all efforts are on for early restoration of the line. Senior railway officers were rushed to the spot. "All passengers are safe. Train will start for its destination very soon," said Mishra.
