1. Alight here for the famous Ayyappa shrine, part of the Sabarimala pilgrimage.
2. Alight here for Thenmala Ecotourism/Dam, 15 km by road.
3. Alight here for the Palaruvi (Milk Falls), 2 km, but usually covered as a part of waterfalls under Courtallam Falls in TN. Courtallam to Palaruvi is 25 km by road.

As of now, there is nothing there and all tracks have been removed for GC. No point in visiting as of this day, but as you said, the tip needs an update when the viaduct is ready.
