It's a VB. They hardly have conventional Train boards hanging anymore. Unless the train is ready to depart and the LED indicators show something, it is not possible to get a proper TB of these trains. I just checked MMCT-ADI VB and half of that train TB's approved here also don't technically fulfill the eligibility criterion.
