Ashok^~ 21610 blog postsShare autos are available mainly to bus stand and other areas as Una is well connected by GSRTC buses to nearby towns. Bus stand is around 2 kms and they charge 20 rs per head.

TejasS~ 8593 blog postsThis train stops for 15 mins at Visavadar and 30 mins at Talala. You will find sufficient food to keep yourself full till you reach your destination. There is no onboard catering as such except for some locally grown fruits. Water and other beverages is available ONLY at the 2 stations mentioned.

If ticket is in WL from SBC, book from MYA/Mandya,you can easily get ticket few days in advance also!
In ACC the cost diff is only 140 Rs.

Pajaka Kshethra etc. St.Mary's Island - where Vasco-da-Gama landed in 1498 on one of these islands. This is the only spot in India where basaltic rocks show up such peculiar formation.Commercial & Educational Centre at Manipal is close from here.
