nobhonil10 2412 blog postsGuwahati and Dhubri daily connection is required so as to have a good Intercity travel option,for official purposes too.A FAST DEMU can be given and all the conventional passenger services can be withdrawn accordingly.KYQ-04.30AM,Dhubri-10.00AM. Dhubri should get a good Intercity/passenger connection with NCB,NJP to connect it with other long distance trains.The same rake can be used.So a Dhubri-NCB-Dhubri DEMU can easily be given.Dhubri-10.30am,NCB-01.00.NCB-01.30.00noon,Dhubri-03.30pm.Again the same rake will go upto Guwahati as Dhubri-KYQ-Dhubri DEMU.Dhubri-04.30PM,KYQ-10.00PM.

sir lmg apdj was fast passenger few years ago...but ever since it was made an Exp,only fare rise by 125% but speed may be same...

or wo news jald hi milega kyuke LMG-BPB route pe mega block ki taiyaari shuru kar diya hai NFR ne.... dhire dhire staffs ko transfer orders milne lage hai,,, jald hi bohot se staffs ko re locate kar denge pure NFR me during the BLOCK

sir 5470 01.10 tak APDJ pahuch jati hain jabki 5468 departs @ 6.00..so easily extension to Sichar isnt a problem @ all....similarly 5467 reaches 22.15 & 5469 departs @ 4.00...dept time to thora aur shift karke aaram se Silchar tak extend kar sakte hain...moreover for BG Silchar no need to loco reversal @ LMG

As far as my observation goes Dekargaon-NJP ko FAST PASSENGER karenge to sahi rahega.Night travl ke liye reserved coach lagake chala sakte hain.DKGN se NBQ tak as a FAST PASS to badiya chalega hi.

nobhonil10 2412 blog postsCan anyone update about the track strengthening work on NCB-Golakganj-Fakiragram Stretch.Is it capable of handling Intercities,Passengers from Ghy to NCB-NJP.Whats the progress of work on GOLAKGANJ-GOURIPUR-JOGIGHOPA STRETCH.I suppose Gauripur(only 6 kms from Dhubri) will be the station for Dhubri for trains from GHY,KYQ,upper Assam once Jogighopa-New Maynaguri line completes.

yes & stoppages would be ODB,NMZ,NKB,BNQ,BNV,KCF(Where 13149 doesnt stop)
oh... believe krna mushkil hai.. ODB, NKB, KCF kuch hazam nhi ho rha hai
Dont think they will extend it upto APDJ............Padatik has really been able to perform well and has taken a huge load from Darjeeling Mail.So its like Darjeeling Mail 2.NJP will have supremacy over it.Again a SF train will not be gibven in Dooars route after all the incidents that has happened regarding wildlife.
