President of the Pune Railway Pravasi Community, is hosting the celebration and hopes to see the Deccan Queen transformed into a bullet train. The Punjab Mail, originally called the Punjab Limited, began its journey in 1912 and has undergone significant changes throughout its history, including the addition of air conditioning and the conversion to diesel and electric traction. Today, the Punjab Mail runs on electric traction, covers a distance of 1,930 km between Mumbai and Firozpur Cantonment, and has an occupancy rate exceeding 250%.

Iske alawa Awadh Assam Express, Sri Ganganagar Intercity Express, Delhi-Bathinda Superfast Express jaisi kai trains bhi der se Jind pahunchi. 13413 Farakka Express Jind Junction par sham ko teen baj kar saat minute par pahunchi, jiska time subah aath baj kar teen minute tha, lekin yeh 19 ghante ki der se Jind pahunchi. Jab se yeh train shuru hui hai, tab se dhuandh ki wajah se der se chal rahi hai. 22479 Sarbat Da Bhala Express bhi apne time par nahin pahunchi. Yeh train subah sadhe nau baje Jind pahunchi jo ki iska nirdharit time nau baje tha. Iske alawa 20409 Bathinda Superfast Express bhi apne nirdharit time se do ghante ki der se Jind pahunchi. Yeh train nau baj kar 37 minute par pahunchne ki bajay 11 baj kar 23 minute par Jind Junction aayi. Is tarah 12481 Sri Ganganagar Intercity Express bhi 13 minute ki der se Jind pahunchi. Inke alawa 15909 Awadh Assam Express do ghante ki der se Jind pahunchi. Wahi 12137 Punjab Mail Express bhi apni do ghante ki der se ek baj kar 55 minute par Jind pahunchi.
