Reason experts SWR's version would be: "Udyan is CR rake and ERS-SBC SF is SR rake. We need lot of coordination."
KSRTC will not agree to such a proposal.
My suggestion would be: Extend BIDR-YPR which is a SWR train to MYS during Dasara and see the response. Atleast this part of Karnataka get a direct train to MYS.

Maintenance issue.....its easy to say CR not agreeing and SCR not agreeing and SR not agreeing than covering the maintenance issue of Bidar.

If really maintenance is issue SWR can try alternate maintenance for trains like Bidar exp and NED exp.
The same SCr has done with Venkatadri and SBC SF exp during pushkaralu time
As KCG-Mudked they ran one day with venkatadri rake and another with SBC SF rake

SWR can very well use ICE rake and use for Dussera. SR wont object since SR uses SWR rake to run between TPJ-MV as well , It needs inititatives and stubborn representations which is zero in SWR, Moreover KSRTC will have a huge role in opposing that.

They can run SA-YPR rake upto MYS and bring it back during dasara days.
