The train was diverted via Guntakal, Renikunta, Jolarpettai, and Salem, bypassing stations from Anantapur to Dharmapuri Junction. Despite the inconvenience, the Divisional railway managers of Guntakal and Bengaluru, as well as the general manager of SWR, did not respond to requests for comment.
