trains on the Moradabad, Laksar, and Haridwar routes have been canceled from December 1st to March 2nd. Additionally, 8 trains have been canceled due to yard remodeling work at Barabanki station. The railway has also diverted routes of 16 trains on this route, further adding to the passenger's woes. Several trains, including the Doon Express, the Jammu Tawi Express, and the Ganga Sutlej Express, have been rerouted to pass through Varanasi, Pratapgarh, and Maan Velha Devi Dham until January 14th. The Bagh Express will pass through Budhwal City and Shahjahanpur until January 14th. The Avadh Assam Express, the Amarnath Express, the Lohit Express, and the Chandigarh Express will pass through Budhwal City, Sitapur, and Roja station on specific dates in December and January. The railway authority has stated that these measures are necessary for safety reasons, despite the inconvenience caused to passengers.

Fog ke wajah se problems ko kam karne ke liye, kaafi trains ka route change kiya gaya hai January 14th aur 15th tak. Isme Budaul City, Shahjahanpur, Sitapur, aur Roza station se jaane wali trains bhi include hain. December aur January mein specific dates pe bhi kuch trains ka route change kiya gaya hai. Howrah-Yoganagari Rishikesh Doon Express will have an extra sleeper coach from December 18th to 31st, while the 13010 Yoganagari Rishikesh Howrah Doon Express will have the same from December 20th to January 2nd. The 13043 Howrah-Raxaul Express will have the extra coach from December 20th to 29th, while the 13044 Raxaul-Howrah Express will have it from December 21st to 30th. The 13063/13064 Howrah-Balurghat-Howrah Express will have the extra coach from December 20th to 29th. The 13173 Sealdah-Agartala Express will have the extra coach from December 19th to 31st, while the 13174 Agartala-Sealdah Express will have it from December 21st to January 2nd. The 13175 Sealdah-Silchar Express will have the extra coach from December 18th to 30th (for 6 journeys), while the 13176 Silchar-Sealdah Express will have it from December 20th to January 1st (for 6 journeys). The 13149 Sealdah-Alipurduar Kanchan Kanya Express will have the extra coach from December 18th to 31st (for 14 journeys), while the 13150 Alipurduar-Sealdah Kanchan Kanya Express will have it from December 19th to January 1st (for 14 journeys). These additions are expected to create 7776 extra berths, fulfilling the demand and reducing overcrowding.
