Additionally, a Santragachi-Ajmer-Santragachi special train will run from September 30th to November 21st to accommodate the anticipated surge in passengers during Durga Puja, Diwali, and Chhath Puja. The Santragachi-Ajmer train will depart Santragachi every Monday at 10:40 PM and reach Ajmer on Wednesdays at 3:00 PM. The return train will depart Ajmer every Thursday at 11:40 PM and arrive in Santragachi on Saturdays at 2:20 PM.

Iske alawa, Durga Puja, Diwali aur Chhath Puja ke liye Santragachi se Ajmer tak special train 30 September se 21 November tak chalegi. Passenger train bhi is incident mein involved thi aur freight train ke engine se bal-bal bach gayi. Logon ko laga tha ki passengers hurt ho sakte hain, but aisa nahin hua. CRS ne Ambala Railway Manager se medical van late aane ke baare mein explanation maanga hai. Is incident ke baad, loco in-charge ko bhi suspend kar diya gaya hai. Pehle, freight train ke loco pilot aur assistant loco pilot ko suspend kiya gaya tha.

This incident echoed the recent Odisha train disaster, which resulted in over 290 fatalities. The collision happened near the New Sirhind station on the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) track, where two coal-laden freight trains were stationary. The engine of one train detached and collided with the other, before overturning and becoming embedded in the Sammer Special passenger train traveling from Ambala to Jammu Tawi. The freight train carriages also piled on top of each other.

Khushi ki baat hai ki isme koi bhi jaan nahin gayi. Lekin dono freight trains ke pilots zakhmi ho gaye aur unhe Fatehgarh ke government hospital mein le jaaya gaya, jahan se unhe Patiala ke Rajindra Hospital mein transfer kiya gaya. Yeh accident kuchh dino pehle Odisha mein huye train accident ki yaad dilaata hai, jisme 290 se zyada logon ki jaan gayi thi. Is accident mein koi jaan nahin gayi, jo khushi ki baat hai. Yeh accident New Sirhind station ke paas, Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) track pe hua, jahan do coal-laden freight trains khadi thi. Ek train ka engine khulke doosri se takra gaya, aur fir engine palat ke Ambala se Jammu Tawi ki taraf ja rahi Sammer Special passenger train mein phans gaya. Accident mein freight train ki bogiyan bhi ek doosre pe chadh gayi.
