Yesterday, I had been to YPR railway station to witness the inaugural ceremony of YPR SMET Janshatabdi. Since I reached YPR railway station bit late i.e., at 5.50 PM, the inauguration was all over. Since I had the PF ticket with me, I thought of taking a stock of the trains about to leave/arrive. I saw this train (22679 YPR HAS IC SF) on PF 6 (I think all the trains to HAS and beyond will leave from this platform only, as on an earlier occasion, I had boarded the YPR Karwar triweekly day express from this platform only. All the coaches of this train are new coaches and some of them are Deen Dayalu General coaches which were neat and clean and shining both from inside and outside. 1. Misleading info - HAS bound trains use 4 and 5 mostly, only sometimes 6. 2. See /blog/post/3690105 I haven't seen a DD coach. They are all 2S type of coaches. /blog/post/4221615 in that video I saw 1 coach. Not "some" coaches as you say.
May be on that day YPR Bidar was occupying PF 5 hence, this train was stabled at PF 6. However, on an earlier occasion I boarded the YPR Karwar day express from PF 6 only.
