I was expecting some change at GIN JN since non interlocking work happening from many days ..i saw more than what i excepted ..my last visit here was in march 2016 during GIN -CKBK line inaugural..now lots of changes happened except station building every thing is changed ..

Horrible, what is the need for double discharge platform here.

Ya factory ..towards hpt/ggvt just before gangavathi line diverts
This station is junction point for new Ginigera Raichur line but it's situated on Hubli Guntakal Main line
They should have constructed new PF on other side with increasing no of loop lines. Presently new PF 1 and PF 2 with single track is odd one. If train arrive on this single track then what PF need to to mention as it covers both PF 1 and 2.
