It will benefit MLDT public who can go to kolkata for work in morning. For NJP side it will be taken by work related or common public not tourists from kolkata . Tourists have other options
you are from bengalore then you tell why 2 reverse VBs are running despite of shatabdi . Is shatabdi empty in your side?
There is no need of comparing NJP one with Bengaluru one Bengaluru Chennai along with Mumbai Ahmedabad is an economic corridor many premium trains can be runned on these routes and are running still you will find waiting till one week with so many premium services.
VB are being introduced as new concept all over IR and not as replacement of Shatabdi. In future they may replace of Shatabdi when they reach their life of 20 years or RB as policy decision to upgrade Shatabdi with VB rakes. I hope you understood.

These specials are suvidhaless with higher fare than normal ones.Will reach 50 hours late sure 2 days + delay😵 than again reschedule story will continue.
don't know where they go wrong . I mean more then 2 day delay and then passengers would have paid special fares
