While slot is an issue in SA CBE section, an earlier arrival at CBE ensures this train's right time departure from CBE.

1. Swapping slits with Udyan. Thereby even Down Udyan will have to arrive SBC by 18:00 hrs. No change in Up direction.

But what will they do by cutting 3 hrs if SR doesn’t agree for early receive. It can very well reach Bangalore early and run as a separate train to CBE
cr will not agree as we all know whenever swr scr has proposed for a new train then cr giving no slots for these trains
instead, IR should start new train between CWA & LTT.

While traveling in North East Express or Mahananda, I've seen migrants in 3A and 2A, obviously with valid tickets. And not as an outlier, they're present in good numbers.

Agree... 3E ka kiraya atleast garibrath ke fare jitna to rakh sakte the easily..
In a country with severe heat waves across its length and breadth where AC should have been a necessity commodity they are taxed at 28% GST in luxury commodity category so the govt. itself wants people to suffer the hot weather.
Agree 100% that 3E should have priced as a middle ground between SL and 3A so that more and more would have upgraded from non AC to AC travel but looks like govt. wants public to travel in non AC coaches in 45C temperatures. Even in trains like Goa express where 11 AC coaches were running full they have reduced them to just 5 now. They could have reduced AC coaches to 9 and removed 2 parcel vans and added...

Poor or lower middle class can travel in Metro, AC city buses only because fare difference in AC and NON AC is not much.
