can Mr Gowda tell which train in the country has atleast close to 150-200 kmph avg speed? or is he trying to leap from 55->155 single shot?
I think he means that all Premier trains will be given an MPS of 150 kmph n abv while all other trains will occupy the present premier trains speed slot of 80 kmph to 110 kmph average... Top for M/E mi8 increase to 130 I suppose....

It would be better if namma RM talks less and show the results
Till now we have seen mouth gun from present govt. It is time to see action on ground. If govt is firing mouth gun only then after 5 years we would expect a mercedes benz class of compartments too in the trains.
