For last couple of days most of the trains are least delayed in the infamous bermuda zone MGS-ALD & that has directly led to the severe power shortage in Northern Grid & frequent power cuts across North India :P
Now which is more imp running trains on time or providing adequate power to the people?

I've heard yesterday Piyush Goyal saying in press conference that there is shortage of coal across the TPP's I think electricty is first priority transportation of passengers comes next
