currently there are 3 pairs of pass/demu running b/w KIR MLDT KIR & 3 pair b/w KIR RDP KIR...you want more? i think we've to think practically this is not any kolkata/mumbai suburban region that a EMU will run back to back 5 mts diff...

Have I written anywhere that back to back DMU required after every 5 mins in this section!! Start reading carefully, I've just written that for the benefit of South India bound passengers from this region, link passenger or link express should be given keeping South India bound train's timetable at MLDT in mind. Currently all 3 pass's timing from MLDT doesn't suit any South India train's arrival at MLDT. And how come KIR-RDP pass came into this discussion!! I am amazed by reading your comment actually..

Trn No.55702 from KIR's TT is designed such a way that it suits sb trains from MLDT perfectly. KIR 14.45 MLDT 17.55 All the SBs arrive MLDT @ 18.30 & regarding few weeklies(22612/15906-02.15,15930/15630-04.10) have unearthly hrs arrival @ MLDT,a passenger cant terminate @ such a time,For that purpose you've Hatey Bazarey which reaches @ 22.45
Now each SB has max 30 berths alloted for MLDT quota,if KIR also sharing then situation is horrible how the pax will travel for remaining 2500+ km?

Bhaisaab am not asking for any new thing, KIR passengers have always been using MLDT or BOE as their base stn for travelling to South India. That's also one of the reason, you'll notice more demand for S.I bound trains at these stations. And KIR & MLDT passengers quota share karte hai naaki berth joki ek hi seat pe 2500+ kms journey kare aur journey horrible ban jaye :)
Again I request you to check my previous comment, i'm asking for better MLDT-KIR connection sirjee aap ulta KIR-MLDT connection samajh rahe ho :)

let RB decide. I don't travel on this route but know the problems, so shared here. I'm more concerned with NDLS connection, hope to see something new in GHY-NDLS route.. Fingers crossed!! :)
