NER and NR may send some rakes of fog cancelled trains to the Southern Zone Region so as to operate additional special trains during X-Mas,New Year 2015 and Pongal / Makara Sankranti during the fog periods.
That isn't possible...They will be used for other purposes with in the zone if required or shall be kept for maintenance where ever required...
theres 3 days notice at which Rlys intend to start cancelled trains, due to which it may not be feasible
