Another fast passenger train considered to be express train..just look at its schedule between mfp-spj..u'll surely gonna laugh..

Not one particular train most of the passing trains in NER/ECR have lesser avg speed..
Instead of spending cores of rupees etc on feasibility studies etc, i think railways should start thinking of converting all non superfast express/mail trains to average speed of 50km/hr.The schedules can be tweaked,stoppages reduced and maybe also reduce slack.
There are so many trains whose timings were formulated based on their run in single line. Even after doubling the time remains the same.

Agree bro...the stretch between barabanki to mfp via gkp-sv-cpr-hjp has almost been doubled but the train timings didnt change infact the trains are even slowed down now...because of these crawling trains the entire section becomes congested..
Poorvanchal is a very good train..Cannot be compared with Maurya exp.
