""They will be permitted to travel in nominated de-reserved sleeper-class coaches kept unreserved for a particular section"" - This does not mean that they will allowed in ALL the normal sleeper class coaches in any of the sections. It is a separate ""Un-Reserved Sleeper Coach"" into which they will be allowed. :)

Yes- just like from MYS to SBC they allow only after S4/S5 coaches of MV Express and S4 and beyond for TPTY FP
