High Court asks SWR why it cant introduce Special Trains to MAQ.
Though we know new/special trains are requred on this route, ts it right on the part of Courts to interfere on how trains are run by IR?

When repeated pleas/demands are turned down by the officials and budget announced train no.16575/76 not introduced by the SWR when NH48 connecting Bengaluru and Mangaluru is closed for repair, what else a common man can do. He has to approach the Court for remedy.

During MG era this route has sufficient trains, project uni-gauge has deprived of trains on this route along with HMRDC
A dedicated night spl train is required thrice a week from m'luru to b'luru and once a week to hubballi via hassan

when some one is deprived of a facility which was available say 15-20 years back, he/ she has to approach who is responsible. If the person/ agency is not responding properly, nothing wrong in approaching HC for remedy.
HC should direct SWR to run one more night train bet SBC-MAQ and one train bet MAQ-hubli via HAS (which was running in MG period). MAQ needs connectivity with other parts of Karnataka. let us understand the realities. Let it not get into tangential discussions.
