What is the way to modify a PRS reservation?
I mean to say - Do we have any facility to postpone the journey date? without any cancellation / reservation charges?

Sorry but your answer was a blunt "No..." The blogger had asked 2 questions if you go through the post again and your answer should have been more specific. Thanks and my disagreement was specifically in this regard.
Ok..But if you see the query the blogger has just generalized in the second part and added about charges which he intends to know in one so answer was simply no. Never mind about it & hope the blogger could understand :)
Not only the clerical charge, the Cancellation charge also will be applicable. Though they name it as postponement/preponement, It is as same as cancellation and making a new reservation.

I went to the PRS counter.
They simply canceled and made a new reservation.
Mine was RAC PNR, the new requested travel date was having WL.
They said that postpone is allowed when CNF accommodation is available on the requested journey date.
