So, we can see 3 Phaser (WAG-9,9H,9i) Goods Loco in this new loco shed of SER at Rourkela which is evident from the following statement.
"The new facility, with state-of-the-art technology, will handle about 200 new generation electric locomotives of high horse power for goods trains."
WAP-7 in SER is still a far cry. Not a single word is mentioned in this news about High Horse Power Passenger Locomotive.

won't take WAP-7 it is confirmed. No doubt in it.
It will also use old Worn out coaches so that Accidents and bloodsheds happen frequently as "People's Life" has of No Value to SER.
So long this Zone will exist it will use only Conventional Locos for Passenger Trains. It's entire Passenger Operations should be shifted to other Zone, it should be EXONERATED from "Passenger Service" by IR forever.
