WR have only one IGBT WAP5. other all WAP5 are GTO equipped.

In locos like 30067, 76, 77, only the auxiliary converters are IGBT. The main traction converters are, still, GTO :(
However, in locos like 30081 and 82, the traction converters too are IGBT based. 30084 and 85 haven't been turned out yet. In 30086 too, the traction converter is IGBT but went to Ghaziabad. 30087, 88, 89 too are GTO locos (auxiliary converters are IGBT though!).
In future, only IGBT locos will be turned out.

Yeah. But manufacturing a locomotive is much more complicated and time consuming :)
