I have booked waitlisted ticket which is not get confirmed after chart preparation. Please let me know what I need to do refund.

It is E-ticket. is TDR filing not required to get refund as per new rule?
In case it was a Online E ticket the ticket will automatically cancelled the refund will be given automatically. No TDR is not required.
nopes. WL E-ticket get cancelled automatically. TDR is for confirmed tickets after train departure/charting.
