How can China run Bullet train in Tibetan Plateau if we can't run passenger trains at a speed higher than 20 kmph in difficult terrain of Lumding Silchar?

I feel that, we need to see one proper rainy season and then if there are any flaws, railways will correct it...slowly situation can improve... Also a new railway line between Chandranathpur and New Silchar would do a lots of difference even if train runs slow in Mountain region. And this is possible only with the demand, and demand would improve after the railway line reaches Imphal.
