PART -1
28/12/2015.. Me and mr. Himanshu /blog/user/51440 were discussing about GC of the historical Satpura Railways. All of sudden Himanshu Bhaiya said "Chal Line dekh ke aate hain. Remove kar rahe hain aajkal." ( Lets go to see the line. Its being dismentaled now a days) . Now that was something new to me. towards nainpur(NIR). As we left our hometown railway lines were visible beside us. We were driving on SH-11 and the whole MFR NIR section is beside this road. 4km after bamhni banjar (BIV) we saw some man sliding the rails beside ballast. Meanwhile a tractor trolly loaded with iron sleepers and fasteners crossed us. After moving another 1 km we met our first rail road crossing. We parked car a side, came to crossing looked left, then right and I was like " THE LINE ON WHICH I USED TO TRAVEL DAILY IS NO MORE, RIP."
One minute, I stood on a rail specially laid for crossing. Yes it was still there. I took my phone to capture it but phone hung and camera did not respond. Finally we got back to car to discover the progress of Gauge Conversion further. we passed by SAKA PH , and within 5 mins or so we were outside of CID ( Chiraidongri). Not CID of ACP Pradhyumn and Ins. Daya, the nearest station to chnge for KANHA NATIONAL PARK. Here we spotted the line from which the work has been commensed. After CID there was line present. So it was decided to directly visit Nainpur Jn Centre point of satpura railways. After 15 min drive we were at the gate of NIR Jn.

As we arrived to the entry point of NAINPUR (NIR) jn the board was written SECR NAINUR JN WELCOMES YOU.( द पू म रेल्वे नैनपुर जंक्शन में आपका स्वागत है ) . We parked our car and that was only vehicle parked there. We entered at PRS first. Previously a UTS and PRS counters were adjecent to each other this time only one clerk was working on PRS. th people now who come for reservation. After a small conversation with him we moved to the pf. Only few people could be seen there, none other than GRP. We started walking on pf3. All rooms of the building were empty. Meanwhile we were walking i saw a board saying " WAITING ROOM INAUGRATED BY SOME MINISTER ON 2009" newly built waiting room abondened. I thought what was the need to build new waiting room they could repair and maintain it to further use it for sometime. Anyway its their decision. On the pf we noticed
1. Only two creatures me and my companion.
2. No trains.
3. Station wothout staff.
4. An abondon rake.
5. Rails at their place. Not dismentled
6. Shine of rail top were gone as there was no movement since one month on it.
Then we Walked towards DLS ( though some people dont think there is a dls at NIR) . Only two rakes were present there. One passanger rake and one goods rake. But no loco can be seen. Walked further on pf 2 and 1 for some time. Took some snaps. While heading towards car bhaiya said - pindarai chale?? ( should we move toward PDE). I said- " Bhaiya kal chalte hain. Bike rakhenge track ke bagal se hi chalenge. Car se sirf staion hi milega."( Bro will go tomorrow. I will take my bike and ride along the tracks. By car we will be able to see only staions. Both agreed to visit the section next day. While going back i took some snaps of station. While going back a song was playing on music system.
SOONA SOONA LAMHA, TERI YADE TANHA TANHA
BEPANAH PYAR HAI AAJA, TERA INTEZAR HAI AAJA.
It was like We were calling our chhuk chhuk( NG TRAIN).

Awesome, none of the blogs I find in IRI of an abandoned station, this is priceless.
Hope GC work speeds up further and NIR is restored to normalcy
