Balan 29 blog postsI just received an SMS from DM-IRS-MSA on my phone that my departure from Bangalore has been cancelled today "due to unavoidable circumstances". What should I do now? This is an e-ticket. Do I have to cancel it? Will they auto-cancel it? Will they re-allot me on another train? Do I have to make another booking?

Bhai, train is at BWT now.. Waiting for single line track clearance.. Only 1 track operational but slow clearance..
Island express(CAPE-SBC) derailed near Jolarpettai...Best option for you is to take bus. Even if night trains depart, tickets are not available. Situation for tomorrow unpredictable..
Automatic refund of fare on e-tickets in case of cancellation of trains (Already implemented w.e.f. 01.07.2015). No TDR filing is required in this case.
due to derailing between sbc - mas so many trains hasbeen cancelled,so arrange to go by other means,the money will automatically be in your a/c in 4 to 6 days, it is the best practice
