i personally wish to convert 12775 to LHB rake, as it charges a higher fare than other normal SFs. So when paxs pay higher, they are liable to get good offerings. and my wish stands if and only if COA is eligible to mainatin an LHB rake.
Also for running hybrid rakes Power Cars are not required. For ex: Nagpr Mumbai Duronto.
