The Commissioner of Railway Safety, on Saturday, approved the modified design of Linke Hofmann Busch (LHB) coaches rolled out by the Integral Coach Factory (ICF) here,...

But does SCR have enough LHB coaches to convert any of the daily trains like Gautami or Charminar? As far as I am aware, the only LHB rake owned by SCR is the rake of SC-LTT Duronto and definitely, SCR does not own any non A/C LHB coaches. Most probably, some weekly train that requires only one rake will be converted to LHB. I hope 17205 or 17203 are considered for the conversion, as they both need only one rake each, and are also only 21 coach trains.
Gautami will most likely not be converted as it has already been announced that it will be augmented with 2 more coaches to make it a 26-coach train and in...

Presently there are two rakes bro. One for SC - LTT and Another for SC-VSKP AC and SC - Shalimar AC.
Additionally, the break up of 20 coaches is also required. Then only we can comment.
As the write up is saying due to lack of Power Cars, LHB coaches are being transferred, I assume that they are inclined in passing AC coaches to SCR. Then in that case, 12775 may be a contendor.

Better convert a high patronage train, right? LHB is safer and more advanced than ICF, but in terms of ride comfort, ICF coaches are as good as them. 12775 is maintained well and is also an ex-Raj rake.I think LHB or ICF really doesn't matter in this case. Besides, we don't want to lose the distinction of having the only A/C express in the country running with the traditional blue color rake. :D
But on a serious note, I hope they transfer a mixed rake instead of a full A/C rake. It'll enable conversion of a high-patronage train with large crowds, rather than a AC express which does not handle such large crowds. All the full A/C...

Arei , thats wat I am saying. We are not clear about the compostion of coaches that rake to be transferred.
If they transfer all AC Coaches, then I prefer 12775. If they transfer Mixed coaches , then many options arise out of which trains running with one rake can be easily allocated,
