It's sleeper class waiting hall located somewhere near to cloak room and food court on pf#1. It's generally empty and less occupied then the AC one..a paradox and typical to new delhi

No, its mostly becoz theres departure of Shatabdis back to back at that time Amritsar and Kalka from PF#1, and not much Mail/express trains leave from PF#1
