Never realised that such a slow running train would attract so much of importance. There is already a passenger train at 6pm till Allp which stops at all stations enroute. So why is this train being targeted. Is it because they get place to sit ??
In any case, this is just to highlight the same to media and make some noise. As mentioned the protests will die down naturally

The railways should have never given so much slack for this train in Kerala. They continued with these timings for too long and now all of a sudden in the last 2 years consecutively the train has finally been speeded up though it is still less.
And hence now all of a sudden they are having to bear the brunt of some few passengrs for their personal benefit. I have not seen any train running within Kerala undergoing a major time change in the last so many years. Only this train seems to be the one .

No idea why they want this train, when they have passenger at 6. May be one reason will be, they want to reach early, they are used of this train, cant change their train..
This is very common thing in Kerala, if there is a train which runs during office time, then altering the TT will be very tough, since these kind of people will start protesting.

But as per TT the passenger arrives early, and this "long distance super passenger" arrives after that at ALLP.
