I have no doubt it's mistake of bus driver but how can railway itself conduct investigation. Railway ki preliminary report hai to obviously railway wale apne aap ko to galat batayenge nahi...
Independent Enquiry needs to be done and Gate Mitra statement and his work should be investigated more properly.

Mostly mistake might be from bus driver. But railway should also investigate whether LP has whistled while approaching level crossing, which he has do. If he hadn't, then there is small fault from his side also.

Aise ignorant drivers ka saja aam public ko bhugatna padta h,bachho ki jan toh gayi joki bahut afsos ki baat h but in long term too,Rly has decided to remove all U/M L/C frm existing lines & while creating new sections all Manned & Unmanned L/C to be converted into RuB/RoB each of which costs Rs 3-4 cr which unnecessarily makes lot of expense for Rlys in turn of which fares are rapidly iincreasing

Previously per km section in IR construction expense was Rs 2-3 Cr in plain section,but nw with this new era RuB/LHS concept per km construction takes 3-5 cr extra due to removal of L/C Gate...Moreover in heavy rainfall area all these LHS are clogged with water 3-4 months during monsoon which creates unnecessary harassment for road users.
