12509/10 which is a very old train to b terminated into SBC nw terminal permanently shifted to BNC,the terminal was shifted on the ocasion of one such W..A.work...
Similarly in NJP,construction of W.A.was the excuse of @drmkir to change terminals of 15765/55767/15467/15463/75707 from NJP to SGUJ,all the W.A. at NJP are now in working condition but the decision to change the terminal was not taken aback. So we can say development work has become a new excuse of concerned Rlys to deprive pass of amenities on permanent basis.
