What about vivek express, tippu express, pooja, mahamana (name given to madan mohan malviya), suhaildev (king in Purvanchal region), etc

I responded based on the feedback received for naming a train from RMM or RMM-NDLS new train with Kalam name.
Railways rejected both new train and naming existing train nor Kalam's request of day train between MS & RMM with freezer car.

Kalam express is really odd name, missile express will be better

These are not the names of peoples exactly in some of the cases, like Kavi Guru, Gurudev, Vivek, but however represents Rabindranath Tagore and Narendranath (Swami Vivekananda).
However it is allowed to name Stations, Roads and Bridges on the names of persons.
