To further strengthen the system, CCM has ordered that in addition to the existing help lines and EQ numbers already available all over Southern Railway, a dedicated fax line with number 044-25353148 has been assigned for exclusive use by defence personnel.The number which will be manned by CCM’s secretariat can be used by defence personnel to send their EQ requests.The fax can be sent between 10.00 hrs. to 17.00 hrs. on working days.
