IMPOSSIBLE.
Presently Guwahati, Agartala, Itanagar (Naharlagun) connected.
Aizwal (Sairang) & Imphal ll connect by 2019/2020.
Less possibility of Kohima(Zuzba) by 2020....

may be 2023.
Shillong & Gangtok impossible. It ll on 2025.
