What will TTE do 1 hour before when booking continues upto 30 minutes before departure? Even if he sees vacant berths in 1st charting, he cannot even touch them until he gets 2nd chart. And now vacancies post 2nd charting also get forwarded to next Remote Location Station. Neither do passengers turn up 1 hour before departure. Why increase working hours when its not needed?
