having stayed in Navi Mumbai for three years, i can say this with conviction that the stations there are very clean; it doesn't seem like dogs dirty it.
Animals, i have observed, have better civic sense than many humans who frequent these place :(
PS: I have 4 cats in my home, they don't dirty it a bit, though they leave my home a bit more messy than it should be :P
