sirf local passenger without chalte hai.... is wajah se genuine passenger ka bojh kyu badhana?
Asal me yatri trains ke late chalne ki wajah se ticket nahi lete.
aur anishchit chalne ki wajah se hi isme koi TTE checking karne nahi aate.

take Revange of time waste of a passenger,
most of traveller choose,not to buy a ticket to show his/ her displeasure.
unless non other reason behind denying 5 rupee ticket.
