I have a General Question...
Its Regarding Mumbai-New Delhi Main Line...
Why was Route via Ratlam-Kota was Given Superiority Over Ahmedabad-Jaipur Route...???
When We Evaluate...
1. Route via Jaipur, Would have Given Access to
...
More Number of Important Stations like Ajmer, Ahmedabad, Gurgaon... As Against Ratlam Route Just Giving Kota, Mathura Even those Aren't that Big Cities...
2. Terrain of both the Routes are Almost Same...
3. Distance from Mumbai Central to New Delhi via ADI-JP is 1425, while That of RTM-KOTA is 1384 Kms...
So,Except for Distance nothing Goes in the Favor of RTM-KOTA Route... then Why is it More Preferential...???
