Who will sponsor this unrealistic Project? Seems they have overestimate the potential of this route. Instead of flushing that much money on Delhi-Amritsar route, Railway should show interest in Delhi-Mumbai & Delhi Howrah high speed rail corridors.

Lot of money potential in this region. while Sh elsewhere were started and stopped and relaunched and flop.

It is sad that railways keep forgetting the basics. Railways are losing traffic to road and air, in a big way. When they launch a new premium class train (humsafar), they are interested in running a marathon routes. In future, overnight trains will become the bread and butter of railways passenger income, it is better they realize that fact sooner.
Although ndls umb ldh juc asr route is profitable but for bullet train Ndls bct route has more potential than asr route
