Train 18 - तेरी प्यारी प्यारी Livery को किसी की नज़र न लगे

I had reserved a ticket for journey from Tirupathy-Palakkad for 15-09-2011 on Kerala Express, Class-3A. The ticket got confirmed. But unfortunately I had to cancel the ticket. When I tried to cancel the ticket on 14-09-2011, the system said that the ticket cannot be cancelled as the chart is now prepared. Hence I had to file a TDR stating the reason as "Passenger not travelled" on 14-09-2011 at 09:47 a.m.. Could anyone help me know what amount will I get as refund and how can we calculate same?
